  • The Event: Super Bowl XLI between the Chicago Bears & the Indianapolis Colts
  • The Story: Super Bowl XLI marked the first time in NFL history that two black head coaches(the Bears’ Lovie Smith & the Colts’ Tony Dungy) would be vying for sports’ top prize in the Vince Lombardi trophy. The Bears would receive the ball to start the game… and then Devin Hester happened. He became the 1st person in NFL history to return the opening kickoff of the Super Bowl for a touchdown.
