Reggie Miller gives Spike Lee the choke sign as the Knicks blew a 12-point 4th quarter lead in Game 5 of the 1994 ECF.

The year was 1994. The setting – Madison Square Garden in New York City. Game 5 of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals was between the NY Knicks & the Indiana Pacers. This series between these two bitter rivals produced a classic in Game 5. The Knicks were up 12 in the 4th quarter & seemed to be on the verge of taking a 3-2 lead in the series when Pacers guard Reggie Miller went HAM. Miller caught fire & destroyed the Knicks scoring 25 points… IN THE 4TH QUARTER. He outscored the Knicks by himself 25-16. The Pacers won Game 5 93-86 to take a 3-2 lead in the series. What made it even more iconic was Miller going at film maker & unabashed Knicks fan Spike Lee throughout the 4th quarter.
